Union First was started by our visionary founders who worked for years under the corporate umbrella of a Fortune 10 financial institution. Seeing how the clients were treated as a means to an end rather than as the purpose to provide means, they decided to create a new paradigm for financial planning. With the consideration that Union First exists for and because of its clients, they decided to never lose the focus upon the clients best interest. On doing this, Union First has grown from a two man operation at a kitchen table, into a respected, but still relatively small, corporate entity. Keeping the clients needs ever in the forefront of their minds, our founders have established a work environment which precludes any need for their employees to provide anything less than the best service with the highest level of integrity in our market. In 2002, they noticed that the lenders they were referring clients to for mortgage services, were not always taking the same approach.
